Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking a Project Engineer in Orlando, FL to coordinate end-to-end project planning and drive process improvements. You will partner with end users to document requirements, design and implement solutions, and ensure scheduling and issue resolution across projects.

The role emphasizes KPI-based metrics, cost avoidance and ROI analyses, with opportunities for training material development and cross-functional collaboration. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years experience with project coordination and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cost avoidance, ROI analysis, and training material development.
• Excellent written and oral communication with meticulous attention to detail.

Job Description

• Coordinates the end-to-end planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of diverse projects within an assigned area of responsibility.
• Partners with end users to identify pain points, document requirements, and design, develop, and implement solutions and process improvements in alignment with company standards.
• Ensures technical developments are properly scheduled, and design/test problems are resolved efficiently.
• Translates business goals into measurable KPIs and leverages user feedback to drive continuous improvement and higher adoption of implemented solutions.

Position may require some business travel.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading events and project meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Candidate must have at least 5-7 years experience with Basic coding knowledge for quick prototyping and automation of routine tasks.
• Candidate must have at least 5-7 years experience with JIRA project management and change management, including development of training materials.
• Candidate must have at least 5-7 years demonstrated experience in cost avoidance & savings calculation, benefit realization, ROI analysis, and quantifying cost avoidance opportunities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
