The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing, with lead engineering experience and strong budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical).
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably roofing/building products.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and lead as a senior engineer.
• Proven experience managing scope, budget, and downtime constraints.
• Proficiency with computer software and G Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital projects across lifecycle, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Develop detailed design scopes, cost estimates, and capital expenditure justifications.
• Support continuous improvement via technical analysis and equipment modifications.
• Act as the technical resource for design, coordination, commissioning and startup.
• Coordinate internal maintenance and external contractors during project execution.

Our client, a manufacturing operations organization is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team. As a Project Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting Production, Maintenance, and Capital Projects. Pay Range: $55–$65/hr
