About the job: support regional project sites in Corpus Christi, TX, delivering engineering services, ensuring compliance with contracts, KPIs, regulatory and legal requirements, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure projects are executed according to Project Procedures and Kent Quality Process.
  • Clarify and communicate project scope to team members; resolve scope queries with client and team.
  • Organize and lead project engineering meetings; ensure participation.
  • Maintain project registers (needs, actions, risks).
  • Proactively resolve inter‑discipline, vendor, and client interface issues.
  • Develop schedules aligned with client expectations; manage sequencing and interfaces.
  • Reflect staffing needs in staffing plans.
  • Monitor performance; communicate issues to stakeholders; meet all reporting requirements.
  • Ensure change management communication across internal and external interfaces.
  • Maintain proper documentation from initiation to close‑out.
  • Develop work hour estimates, workshare division, and deliverable norms.
  • Support field work: RFIs, kick‑offs, walk‑downs.
  • Assist in RFQ packages and vendor interfacing; expedite where needed.
  • Contribute to project execution plan production.
  • Coordinate engineering and project management team interfaces.
  • Perform related duties as directed.
Knowledge / Qualifications
  • 5 years industry experience, 3 years in a multi‑discipline project engineering role.
  • Brownfield, small capital/expense, FEED and detailed design experience.
  • Refining / Petrochemical experience.
  • USGC (U.S. Gulf Coast) experience.
  • Multiple office execution / HVEC experience.
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Engineering Technology from an ABET‑accredited program.
  • PE license preferred.
Communication
  • Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
