Leoforce is seeking a motivated Assistant PM / Project Engineer for a hybrid role combining fieldwork with office responsibilities in our Construction and Industrial Engineering teams. You will support the Project Manager, lead site inspections, and help manage schedules, budgets, and safety compliance across industrial construction projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry, with a focus on industrial construction.
• Experience in field work, including site inspections and surveys.
• Proficient with project management software; strong safety knowledge.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites; PE license is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and update project schedules, budgets, and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing as planned.
• Implement and enforce safety standards and protocols to ensure the safety of all project personnel and compliance with industry regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues and challenges.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input and recommendations.
• Conduct project risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.

9. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
10. Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
