Job summary

The Thrasher Group is seeking an entry-level Civil Staff Engineer to join our Bridgeport or Charleston, WV team. You will contribute to a variety of projects, drive profitability, and collaborate with a group of like-minded professionals in a fast-paced, can-do environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program, 0–3 years of experience, EI/EIT certification desired but not required, and proficiency with Microsoft Office;

What You'll Bring

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program

Certification: EI/EIT certification desired but not required

Software: Microsoft Office proficiency required; AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience a plus

Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
