Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Exposure to field engineering, estimating, surveying, or site/civil construction is helpful.
• Interest in civil construction, earthwork, grading, utilities, or infrastructure work.
• Comfort reading plans and learning construction documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers and field crews with day-to-day project engineering tasks.
• Review plans, drawings, specifications, and field documentation.
• Assist with quantity takeoffs, material tracking, and change order documentation.
• Help coordinate field work, subcontractors, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and project records.
• Support grading, excavation, earthwork, and site/civil construction activities.
• Communicate clearly with project managers, superintendents, engineers, and crews.
• Learn and support construction technology tools such as Trimble, GPS/machine control, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field
• Internship, co-op, field engineering, estimating, survey, materials testing, or site/civil construction exposure is helpful
• Interest in civil construction, excavation, grading, earthwork, utilities, or infrastructure work
• Comfortable reading plans and learning construction documentation processes
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Trimble, GPS, or takeoff tools are a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
