Arcadis is seeking a self‑starting and experienced Project Civil/Environmental Engineer to support an expanding portfolio of projects throughout the United States. Review applicable regulations, permitting requirements, and standards. Based on data and regulatory constraints, develop civil engineering designs for projects of varying complexity. Produce quality materials within tight timeframes while simultaneously managing multiple assignments. Primarily office‑based, with occasional field assignments (up to 15% travel), client and stakeholder meetings, and mentorship of junior engineers.

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience
  • Fluent with AutoCAD, Autodesk Civil 3D, or other terrain modeling design software
