This person's primary role will be a learner, developing leadership skills across project administration, field activities, and construction operations, with expectations to advance by mastering these responsibilities.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with subcontractors about the project and scope of work.
• Demonstrate a working understanding of the common materials in our projects.
• Show understanding of contract documents.
• Interpret drawings across sets, submittals, and shops.
• Walk the project site to recognize field details.
• Execute follow‑up correspondence to assist in project tasks.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients.
• Complete other ad hoc reporting as necessary.
