Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to multi-task effectively under pressure.
• Construction accounting experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster deep relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and PDF editing tools (Bluebeam, Adobe, etc.).
• Self-motivated and organized, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work performed by trade partners and ensure quality control measures are upheld.
• Manage jobsite cleanliness, security, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve project challenges efficiently.
• Assist in enforcing project schedules and procure necessary materials for ongoing projects.
• Create, manage, and report on RFIs and submittals while interfacing with property managers and clients.
