Job summary

Hired is seeking a construction project-control professional to support commercial-project delivery in Akron, OH. The role involves maintaining logs, coordinating field activities, and building experience in estimating, scheduling, procurement, and financial tracking.

Key duties include managing submittals, RFI logs, takeoffs, reviewing drawings, coordinating material deliveries, tracking costs, and preparing closeout documentation. Travel up to 10% and an annual bonus are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Payout: $60,000–$75,000 per year, plus annual bonus potential.

Role Overview

Support commercial-project delivery by maintaining reliable controls, records, field coordination, and closeout documentation. Work alongside project managers and superintendents while building practical experience in estimating, scheduling, procurement, financial tracking, safety, and construction administration.
