MW Components is seeking a Project Engineer in the Fastener Division to support manufacturing engineering duties, deploy new products, and drive cost improvements. The Project Engineer in the Fastener Division is a key role in supporting the operational and growth objectives of the company. This individual will complete all manufacturing engineering duties as part of a core team responsible for deploying strategic new products and cost improvements. General job duties, though not comprehensive, can be expected to include creating internal product drawings and models, creating engineering methods and requirements, working with tooling engineering and operations to debug and maximize machine efficiency, and analyzing manufacturing data for continuous improvement projects. This position requires an eye for detail, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and materials used in the fastener market, a hands‑on bias, and thorough analytical methods.
