Job summary

An ecological restoration firm is seeking a Project Ecosystem Restoration Engineer to contribute to the design and delivery of nature-based solutions projects. The ideal candidate will lead engineering designs for ecosystem restoration, conduct hydrologic analyses, and develop technical documentation. Responsibilities include coordinating with interdisciplinary teams and mentoring junior staff. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in water resources engineering with emphasis on ecological restoration.
• Ability to work independently in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
• Experience preparing engineering construction plans and design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design for ecosystem restoration projects.
• Develop technical design documentation and construction drawings.
• Conduct watershed and river assessments.

Skills

Professional Engineer (PE) license

Strong skills with AutoCAD Civil 3D
