Job summary

Smulders in Wisconsin seeks a data-focused professional to develop Power BI dashboards, analyze project data, and support data-driven decisions.

You will also manage document control within projects, collaborate with engineering and QA/QC, and maintain Excel models with advanced formulas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• Strong interest in data analysis, reporting and process improvement.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Pivot and Power Query; capable of independently developing dashboards.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and macros.
• Experience in document control, data management or project administration.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive, solution-oriented and able to work independently.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Interest in technical projects and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.

Your magic skills

• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and preferably macros.
