Formación

• PhD or Master's in epidemiology, public health, psychology, or similar (required).
• Proven experience in qualitative research methods, especially on sensitive topics.
• Strong project management skills with attention to ethical research practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• US work authorization; H1B sponsorship not available for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day study progress on ongoing studies; develop SOPs and study protocols.
• Collaborate with PI and collaborators to develop, implement, and manage research projects; prepare regulatory protocols and progress reports, manuscripts, budgets, and grant applications.
• Responsible for data management and preliminary qualitative analysis.
• Coordinate with STRIVE team colleagues at CUNY, Columbia University, NYU, and NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
• Oversee and train data collectors conducting field data collection.
• Facilitate recurring conference calls with stakeholders to discuss study progress and activities.
• Coordinate administrative tasks for the investigator, including protocol amendments and IRB documents.
