Job summary

Mitrelli Group Services AG is seeking an experienced Project Director for the M’banza Congo Centrality initiative in Angola. You will lead complex civil infrastructure delivery, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely, on-budget completion with rigorous safety and quality standards.

The role requires 15+ years in senior infrastructure roles, strong contract and claims management, and fluency in Portuguese; English is an advantage. International project experience in Africa is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory. Master’s degree is a strong advantage. PMP Certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of civil infrastructure projects from planning to handover.

Designed to accommodate approximately **10,500 residents**, the project promotes sustainable urban development, social inclusion and an improved quality of life.**About the role:**We are seeking an experienced **Project Director** to lead the delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects.
