Salary: up to $300,000, 25-30% annual bonus + full benefit package

Travel: 80–90%

We are currently recruiting for a Project Director to lead major Life Sciences and Biopharma projects across the United States for a leading global engineering and construction business.

This is a senior project leadership position with responsibility for the successful delivery of large, complex capital projects from planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall execution of major Life Sciences / Biopharma projects
• Provide leadership across project teams, contractors, consultants and key stakeholders
• Manage project schedule, budget, commercial performance and delivery strategy
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Drive project performance, quality, safety and operational excellence
• Lead project teams through complex construction and commissioning activities
• Identify and manage project risks, changes and commercial issues
• Work closely with senior leadership and clients to ensure successful project outcomes

Ideal Background:

• Proven experience at Project Director, Senior Project Manager or Program Director level
• Experience managing complex, high value capital projects
• Strong commercial, contractual and client management skills
• Excellent leadership and communication capabilities
• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites across the US
