A leading construction firm located in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Project Director to oversee high-value projects ranging from $60 million to over $250 million. The successful candidate will lead teams, manage client relationships, and ensure quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle in the Life Sciences/Biotech/Pharmaceutical sectors. Ideal candidates should have significant construction experience and be able to navigate complex project environments while mentoring staff effectively.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience managing construction projects valued over $100 million.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology.
• Ability to walk a job site and lift objects of at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on projects as the single point of contact.
• Establish project forecasts and manage costs.
• Mentor and develop project management staff.
