Qualifications

• University degree in engineering.

• 3 years of Project Director experience.
• Experience in international project execution.
• Large construction (EPC) and site experience.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Unrestricted Canadian work authorization.

For our client, we are seeking a Project Director-Hydro Projects to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will oversee the successful execution of hydro project deliveries from handover through completion, ensuring performance, quality, schedule, cost, and safety objectives are met. The Project Director will lead cross-functional teams, manage customer and internal stakeholder communication, and drive disciplined project controls across complex international assignments. This position is well suited for a seasoned project leader with large construction and EPC experience who can balance execution rigor with proactive risk and claim management in a highly technical environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $132,200 – $220,400 annually
