Job summary

Thomas College seeks a highly organized and collaborative professional to lead the implementation of a five-year U.S. Department of Education Title III Strengthening Institutions Program initiative focused on artificial intelligence, curriculum transformation, faculty development, and applied-learning infrastructure.

This position is grant funded and subject to continued federal Title III funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years in higher education, grant administration, sponsored programs, or complex project management.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced oversight and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project’s day-to-day implementation.
• Coordinate Activity Directors and project personnel.
• Maintain the master work plan and budget.
• Monitor federal compliance.
• Oversee documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate evaluation activities.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison with the U.S. Department of Education.
