Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in landscape or hardscape design and estimating with a background in sales.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and practical landscape and hardscape designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion.
• Lead business development efforts, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales to grow the client base and revenue.
• Prepare accurate project estimates to ensure profitability and vision alignment.
• Define project scope, review subcontractor bids, and approve invoices.
• Serve as the primary client contact and provide clear updates on progress.
