Job summary

Mackenzie Stuart Ltd is partnered with a leading developer to recruit a Project Director – Data Center Construction for the Mid-Atlantic region. This is a senior leadership role overseeing large-scale data center delivery from early planning through commissioning.

You will lead project execution, manage contractors and delivery teams, drive safety, quality, schedule and budget, and coordinate across locations. Travel to project sites will be regular.

Qualifications

• Experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience managing contractors and coordinating delivery teams.
• Ability to drive safe, high-quality delivery across multiple phases and locations.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced construction leader with a strong background in delivering large-scale data center or mission-critical projects.

The role will involve leading project execution, managing contractors and delivery teams, overseeing schedule, budget, quality and risk, and coordinating activities through commissioning and final handover.

The successful candidate will have:

• A background in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure
• Strong contractor, stakeholder, and team management skills
