A highly respected custom home builder in the North Shore area is looking for a Project Development Manager to lead clients through the early stages of their high-end residential projects. With over 25 years of experience, this firm is known for blending cutting-edge performance building with artisan-level craftsmanship-specializing in timber frame homes, Passive House design, and architecturally distinctive renovations and additions.

This North Shore-based custom home builder has been delivering architecturally significant, high-performance homes for over 25 years. Known for combining advanced building science with traditional craftsmanship-particularly timber framing and Passive House standards-they focus on quality over volume, taking on a limited number of carefully selected projects each year.

With a lean, dedicated team and a culture built on longevity and trust, the company emphasizes employee retention, fair profit sharing, and a low-overhead model that reinvests in its people. The result: award-winning work, a steady stream of inbound clients, and a workplace where the average tenure exceeds nine years.
