Job description

The position is based in California and offers the opportunity to lead utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects from early-stage development through Ready-to-Build (RTB).

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing utility-scale Solar and BESS projects from site control to RTB
• Overseeing permitting, environmental studies, engineering, and technical workstreams
• Coordinating consultants and external stakeholders
• Building relationships with utilities, landowners, and regulatory agencies
• Managing project schedules, budgets, milestones, and development risks

The ideal candidate will have:

• Utility-scale Solar and/or BESS development experience in the U.S.
• Experience working within ERCOT, MISO, SPP, and/or ISO-NE
• Strong knowledge of permitting and regulatory processes
• Experience managing multidisciplinary consultant teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills
