We are seeking a Project Development Engineer (Geotechnical, Geology OR Geological focus, Geoscience) to drive business growth by identifying and securing new projects, managing client relationships, and supporting sales strategies from lead generation through conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct meetings, negotiations, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions effectively.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 12+ years of consultative B2B sales/account management experience (geotechnical industry preferred).
  • Proven success in client relationship management, sales strategy, and negotiation.
