  2. Manage submittals to multiple Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), responses to AHJ comments and management of time approvals.
  3. Manage engineering resources to complete utility service applications, interconnection applications and manage deliverables with the utility to complete the intake, study, design and execution phases of the utility upgrades when required.
  4. Own key project management, consultancy, engineering, and supplier relationships, and manage their scope development and deliverables against cost and schedule metrics.
  5. Coordinate with cross functional team members to support grant proposal generation in pursuit of grant and incentive funding for projects.
  6. Understand Prologis project cost structures and estimating techniques to analyze project costs critically, identify inconsistencies and scope requiring value engineering.
  7. Understand and influence program standards for reporting, site design and general process adherence.
  8. Drive data quality and standardization of portfolio dashboard metrics from the top down.
  9. Be highly adaptable to managing change and give clear direction during times of transition.
  10. Work with Contracting & Procurement to secure strategic sources in key categories that minimize global supply chain risk.
  11. Develop and implement processes to track project development cadence against other key parallel workstreams like customer contracting and grant awards.
  12. Implement Global Design Standards and instill cost leadership within engineering teams to ensure competitive outcomes.
  13. Oversee the technical implementation of Prologis Mobility energy strategies at the project level that balance schedule, cost, and carbon emissions risk.
  14. Collaborate in a broadening global Projects & Technology community to stay abreast of the technology catalog, share lessons learned, optimize resources, and develop skills & best practices within the community.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. 7+ years of projects development experience in the distributed energy resource and mobility industry collectively (EV Charging, Energy Storage, Hydrogen Systems, Combined Heat & Power).
  2. Customer centric and innovative developer mindset focused on creative solutions to build projects.
