You will work with a team to review drawings, prepare schedules, and support project managers while pursuing DHIA certification within six months. Strong attention to detail and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an office or administrative environment.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings or willingness to learn.
• DHIA certification within six months of hire encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project docs to determine door, frame, and hardware requirements.
• Prepare accurate door and hardware schedules (submittals) for approval using industry software.
• Assist with entry-level detailing projects under supervision.
• Interpret plans and contract requirements to ensure correct product selection.
• Incorporate approved change orders and communicate impacts as needed.
• Provide technical support to project managers, sales, purchasing and operations.
• Develop proficiency with detailing software and DH Pace processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete projects on time.
