Qualifications

• Requires 1 year in an office/administrative setting
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in Business/Construction or related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time management
• Ability to read/interpret construction drawings or willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of commercial doors, frames, and hardware preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer focus
• DHIA certification within six months of hire expected

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, and documents to determine door, frame, hardware requirements
• Prepare door and hardware schedules (submittals) for approval using industry software
• Assist with entry-level detailing projects under supervision
• Interpret project plans and contract requirements for accurate product selection
• Incorporate approved change orders and communicate impacts as needed
• Provide technical support to project teams including PMs, sales, purchasing, and operations
• Develop proficiency with detailing software and DH Pace processes
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete projects on schedule
