Hiring Project Architect

Intended candidate would be interested in growing with our small firm on projects ranging from restaurants and small retail to multifamily residential types in the Long Beach area. We pride ourselves on helping to shape the city we live and work in, utilizing clever design solutions within limited construction budgets.

We operate as a collaborative studio, enabled by our small size and integrated design/construction processes. Staff members work on a variety of projects, gaining hands-on experience from client interactions to in-field construction coordination.

We seek to hire one or more individuals who share our vision and have 1–3 years of experience as a Revit Draftsman working on residential or commercial projects.

As a small firm with big ideas, we offer authorship opportunities as part of our rapid growth for the right candidate.

• A minimum of 1 year of professional Revit experience

Helpful if also has:

• Experience in code analysis and entitlement processes
