Job description

CTK is seeking an experienced Interior Designer / Project Manager to lead and coordinate interior design projects from concept to completion. This role requires a blend of creative design expertise and project management skills to ensure client satisfaction and project success. You will collaborate with a talented team to create functional, visually stunning interiors for residential and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead all phases of interior design projects, from concept development to installation.
2. Select finishes, fixtures, hardware, decorative lighting, and other architectural interior design elements.
3. Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and detailed plans to clients.
4. Coordinate decorative scope, including sourcing furniture, artwork, accessories, and custom pieces.
5. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining attention to detail.
6. Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and managing expectations.
7. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
8. Oversee on-site installations, addressing challenges and ensuring final results meet CTK’s standards.

Qualifications

1. Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design and project management, including finishes and decorative projects.
3. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Revit is a plus).
4. Strong understanding of interior finishes, hardware, fixtures, decorative lighting, and decorative elements.
5. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management abilities.
7. A refined design sensibility that balances contemporary and historical influences.
