Job summary

RECON Engineering & Construction is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage timekeeping, billing and cost reporting for projects. You will track POs, company-owned equipment, and field hours, interfacing with corporate accounting to ensure accurate payroll and client billing.

You will also provide ongoing support to the Project Manager. The ideal candidate has at least two years of business accounting or project controls experience; construction industry background is preferred, with

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have at least a high school education or some college education accepted.
• Must be highly competent with computer programs Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

Responsibilities

• Handle timekeeping, billing and cost reporting for projects.
• Manage cost tracking of POs, company-owned equipment, 3rd party billing and field hours.
• Interface with corporate accounting to correct payroll discrepancies and ensure accurate client/vendor billing.
• Provide continuous support to Project Manager.
