The Program Coordinator, Workforce Innovation, will support the smooth operation of key workforce innovation initiatives. You will manage administrative tasks, organize meetings, track documentation, and ensure that governance structures are upheld, ensuring seamless program execution and alignment with organizational goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and events related to workforce innovation initiatives.
  • Manage documentation, ensuring that all materials are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible for team members.
  • Support governance efforts, ensuring that key decisions and actions are tracked and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination across various program workstreams.
  • Monitor program timelines, deliverables, and key milestones, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Maintain and organize databases, reports, and other essential program materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative coordination or project management support.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
