Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Direct Oversight: Oversee crews and job sites, ensuring quality installations, safety, and a positive work environment.
• Job Preparation: Review job packets thoroughly, gather necessary materials, and create a strategic plan for job execution.
• Communication: Interact with clients, suppliers, and crews to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure smooth project execution. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs.
• Project Execution: Supervise and coordinate activities of roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutter crews, ensuring projects are completed according to plans and specifications.
• Problem Solving: Work through and solve problems that arise during construction with little direction. Ability to process change orders.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections, address quality concerns, and ensure all work meets industry and company standards.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed, equipment is used properly, and job sites are safe and clean.
• Job Close Out: Perform final quality checks, conduct project walk-throughs with customers, and gather returnable materials.
• Brand Ambassador: Protect the company's reputation with customers, suppliers, and employees, ensuring a professional image and positive attitude at all times.
• Additional Duties: Maintain a safe work environment, communicate with subcontractors, and ensure proficiency in exterior remodeling.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Valid PA Driver's License and clean driving record. Ability to drive the dump truck or trailer is required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in residential exterior remodeling/carpentry (roofing, siding, gutters, soffit & fascia). Working directly with homeowners.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in exterior remodeling and basic carpentry.
• Strong leadership, communication, sales acumen, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work at heights with required safety measures.
• Personal hand tools required.
• Computer literate and familiar with project management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to pass a background check.
