Heritage Signs & Displays creates branded workplace interiors and event environments for organizations across the Mid-Atlantic and Carolinas. Our team manages complex interior branding projects from concept through installation, helping organizations bring their spaces to life with precision and consistency.

This is a hands-on, team-based role focused on coordinating multiple projects at once, communicating with internal teams and clients, and helping ensure work moves forward on schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate multiple active projects across site survey, design, production, and installation* After completing a site survey and interview with the client regarding their need, develop a proposal and submit it to our client.
• Communicate timelines, updates, and expectations with internal teams and clients
• Track project progress and help keep deliverables on schedule
• Problem-solve quickly when priorities shift or challenges arise
• Support a team environment focused on quality, accuracy, and execution
