Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics seeks a Project Coordinator for 2027 graduates to support project managers on material handling projects featuring robotics, AS/RS, AGVs, and more. You will participate from kickoff through closeout alongside engineers and site managers.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel about 30% overnight. You’ll help manage procurement, financials, change orders, meetings, and reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience or education in Project Management is a plus.
• Familiarity with project financial concepts like ROI and Cost to Complete.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Project.
• AutoCAD experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects.
• Manage procurement tasks and vendor quotes in Microsoft D365 and track delivery dates.
• Assist in cost forecasting and schedule management for the full project life cycle.
• Create and share weekly project status reports and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate travel and site visits as needed to support projects.
