Job Title: Project Coordinator (Optimization)

Department: Digital Supply Chain

Travel Requirement: Up to 10%

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Optimization) to join our Digital Supply Chain team. This role focuses on improving efficiency across divisions through meticulous data tracking, strategic communication, and proactive issue resolution. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and experienced in maintaining high standards of data integrity and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Integrity & Quality
  • Track and manage division-specific data integrity issues.
  • Lead data clean-up efforts to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Partner with the Hardware Lead to resolve hardware-related data issues.
  • Work with divisions and branches to ensure Systems of Record (SOR) are fully updated.
  • Monitor Data Quality Scores and respond to changes to uphold data standards.
  • Monthly Division Meetings
  • Organize and lead monthly meetings with divisions to discuss system enhancements and data issues.
  • Gather and assess feedback from divisions to measure the effectiveness of Digital Supply Chain tools.
  • Communication & Updates
  • Provide timely updates to divisions regarding requests and issue resolutions.
  • Maintain alignment across teams through consistent and transparent communication.
  • Roadmap Communication
  • Collaborate with the Optimization Lead and Product Owner to align the field roadmap with division feedback.
  • Regularly update divisions on upcoming initiatives and strategic plans.
  • Value Realization (VR)
  • Evaluate the impact of division decisions and communicate findings to the Value Realization Lead.
  • Partner with field teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and document them in the playbook.
  • Production Issue Tracking
  • Track the lifecycle of production issues and enhancement requests.
  • Ensure timely communication and resolution of issues across divisions.
  • IoT Support
  • Provide setup assistance and troubleshooting support for Internet of Things (IoT) implementations across divisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in the Agricultural Industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data tracking and/or quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience managing data quality and process optimization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with agriculture-specific hardware and software.
  • Knowledge of the John Deere Operations Center is a plus.
  • Background in a large corporate or enterprise environment.
