Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate is reliable, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, tracking deadlines, coordinating teams, and ensuring that project activities remain organized and on schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and coordination of projects, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate tasks and activities across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project schedules, deadlines, milestones, and assigned tasks.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and status updates.
  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, reports, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Follow up with team members to ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
  • Identify potential delays, risks, or issues and elevate them to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain project information in project management platforms and company systems.
  • Coordinate communication between different departments and stakeholders.
  • Assist with resource planning, task allocation, and project logistics when required.
  • Support the implementation of processes and workflows to improve project efficiency.
  • Ensure project deliverables and documentation are organized and up to date.
  • Assist project managers and team leads with day-to-day project coordination.
