ProLift Rigging is seeking a Project Coordinator to sit at the center of our branch operations in Odessa, TX. You’ll connect customers, field teams, equipment, sales, scheduling, billing, and administration to keep every job moving safely and efficiently.

You’ll thrive when turning changing information into clear priorities, communicating with tact, and solving problems with imperfect data. This role offers growth in a fast-paced, ministry-minded industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly with customers, operators, and leadership.
• Strong math and analytical skills for scheduling and resource planning.
• Demonstrated ability to reason through problems and make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate people, equipment, and information to turn a plan into a safe, successful job.
• Coordinate daily job schedules, personnel, and equipment.
• Adjust plans quickly when site conditions or schedules change.
• Keep customers and internal teams informed throughout the day.
