Job summary

ewi Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex electrical engineering projects within the portfolio.

The role requires 5–7 years in project management, preferably in substation, power, or construction, with excellent English communication and strong leadership to drive cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the substation, power, or construction industry.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure team alignment

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate projects based on strategic objectives and resource availability.

  • Develop and enforce PMO policies, standards, and frameworks.

  • Develop and disseminate regular project status reports.
  • Prepare regular reports on the performance of projects and the overall project portfolio

Overview

Our client who is a specialist electrical engineering consultancy, focused on data centres and high-voltage infrastructure projects, is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator/Manager.

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the company's portfolio. This role ensures alignment with company standards, strategic objectives, and available resources while optimizing efficiency and maintaining high-quality outcomes..

Key Responsibilities:
