Job summary

We are seeking a Job Coach eager to be successful.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work as a liaison with Delta-T Group and K-12 to assist the Independent contractors/paraprofessionals placed by the Delta-T Group
• Devise, plan and implement job coaching strategies for Independent contractors/paraprofessionals placed by the Delta-T Group
• Assess clients' wants and needs
• Provide help and guidance for clients/contractors who may be facing different professional challenges to allow for success
• Notice clients' strengths as well and the contractors and liaise to instruct them how to make the best out of their strengths

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Offer assistance and guidance to our clients who need help with their everyday work activities
• Present and teach job skills and techniques to both working contractors and incoming contractors
• Counsel contractors/clients on fine-tuning work habits/skills in preparation for best work habits
• Keep track, oversee and document contractors progress
• Create and update reports to present for senior management at corporate office
• Uphold a positive work environment
