Job summary

Gresham Smith in Tampa is seeking a Project Coordinator - Interior Design to support NCIDQ-certified designers across programming, design development, and construction documents. You will collaborate with the design team through all phases of a project and participate in construction administration, including site visits.

The role emphasizes learning, licensure pursuit, and delivering client-focused solutions in a collaborative, people-first environment with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Architecture from an accredited university.
• Pursuing Licensure.
• 2 years minimum relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Competency using Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape and/or other 3D rendering software programs.
• LEED accreditation and/or EDAC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn the skills to be a successful entry level professional and gain experience under the supervision of practicing NCIDQ-certified interior designers.
• Gain experience and knowledge to earn the credits to pass the NCIDQ examination and become NCIDQ certified.

• Engage in Construction Administration, including job site visits.
• Ensure client satisfaction by learning and applying quality control processes to your work.
