## Project Coordinator II - Infectious DiseasesApply: On Campus/Onsite: Washington University Medical Campus: Full time: Posted Today: JR97372# **Location**SAINT LOUIS, MO 63110# **Scheduled Hours**40# **Position Summary**Provides programmatic and administrative support for multiple research, training, and educational initiatives. Supports the Principal Investigator and Research Center Program Manager in coordinating day-to-day operations across a large portfolio of research grants and training programs. This position assists with program activities, budgeting, cost tracking, communications, and operational processes to help ensure projects remain organized and aligned with program goals.# **Job Description****Primary Duties & Responsibilities:*** Supports the Research Center Program Manager and Principal Investigator in the day-to-day coordination of multiple research and training programs.* Coordinates meetings, seminars, educational activities, and routine program operations, including scheduling, logistics, travel arrangements, and meeting materials.* Assists with planning and running conferences, training programs, and special events by providing logistical, communication, and administrative support.* Facilitates communication among faculty, trainees, staff, and institutional partners.* Assists with participant recruitment, onboarding, communications, and ongoing program administration.* Develops and disseminates promotional materials to increase visibility and participation across research and training programs.* Maintains program websites, newsletters, social media, and other communication materials.* Provides administrative support for grants and other program documentation.* Tracks project timelines, deliverables, invoices, and other administrative activities to support program operations.* Maintains program records, databases, and documentation to support reporting and compliance.* Supports preparation of annual reports, presentations, summaries, and other materials for lab leadership.* Maintains research site rosters and contact lists of multiple programs.* Supports relationships with community partners and helps coordinate ongoing program activities and communications.* Works with the grants management team to process invoices and support grant-related financial activities.* Performs other related duties in support of research center operations. **Working Conditions:** Job Location/Working Conditions:* Normal office environment.* Ability to travel to various on- and off-campus locations.
