As part of the Customer Success team, and reporting to the Program Lead, the IDEAS Program Coordinator plays a critical role in the execution and operational success of the client IDEAS (Invest, Develop, Empower, Accelerate, Scale) program. This role is especially critical during the program's recruitment and onboarding period, when newly recruited businesses need to be fully set up on the client's products ahead of the program's official launch.
