Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in accounting, project management or business management in lieu of degree.
• Four (4) years’ relevant experience.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with PDF markup tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup and financial administration of complex capital projects.
• Develop and deliver reports and dashboards for project performance and forecasting.
• Oversee daily integration reviews between software applications; coordinate with CPSS to resolve system errors.
• Conduct project closeout reviews and coordinate with Finance for project closure.
• Initiate and coordinate task orders; ensure compliance with capital policies.
• Mentor new Project Coordinators and act as a subject matter expert for systems and processes.
• Oversee compliance reporting and interface with permitting agencies as needed.
• Provide general administrative support and ensure documentation security.
