Bay Home & Window, a premier window treatment company headquartered in Pleasanton, CA, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. You will support design, sales, and installation teams, coordinating tasks and communicating with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Experience in sales support, project coordination, or order processing a plus.
• Coachability and strong work ethic are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word; Salesforce experience a plus.
• Criminal and credit background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee custom projects from payment to installation.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates and gather requirements.
• Scrub reports and customer orders for accuracy.
• Coordinate with sales designers and managers to complete tasks and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure projects stay on time and on budget by coordinating between departments.
• Process payments and create purchase orders as needed.
