The ideal candidate has 3+ years of project coordination experience, excellent communication and organization, and the ability to handle deadlines in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or related field.
• Strong communication, planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with customers, sales and estimating to ensure successful and profitable completion of multiple projects.
• Confers with estimators during bid process to provide input and become familiar with project.
• Participates in prototype and other design reviews as required.
• Identifies critical schedule milestones and creates a plan to achieve them.
• Creates proper customer expectations regarding quality and schedule, revising as needed.
