Job summary

EXO Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to plan, execute, and oversee tasks from initiation to completion on critical infrastructure projects.

You will assist project managers to ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards on-site. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, familiarity with project management tools, and a collaborative mindset to support cross-functional teams and deliverables across lighting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, project management).
• Entry-level project coordination experience or internship is desirable.
• Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of project documentation including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Track and report on project milestones and KPIs.
• Coordinate meetings, project reviews, and ensure action items are tracked and followed through.
