Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Honolulu team on a full-time basis. You will support planning, execution, and delivery of projects in a hybrid work environment.

You will coordinate schedules, track budgets, and maintain documentation, working with project managers, cross-functional teams, and external partners to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience; PMP/CAPM is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination.
• PMP or CAPM certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project schedules, tasks, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
• Serve as the key point of contact between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting summaries.
• Track project progress, resource allocation, and budget expenditures using project management tools.
• Proactively identify and address project risks, issues, and bottlenecks.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, training sessions, and reviews.
• Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and contract compliance.
• Support continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
• Foster clear communication and collaboration among project team members and departments.
