Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join the team on a full-time basis in Baton Rouge. You will support planning, execution, and successful delivery by coordinating schedules, resources, and documentation across multiple projects.

You will work with project managers, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met, while implementing continuous improvement and QA initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Proficiency with project management software (MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.).
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project schedules, tasks, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
• Serve as the key point of contact between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting summaries.
