We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Optum Clinical Performance Affordability Team. The System Analyst role is responsible for leading the user adoption experience, documentation, and provide operational support in management of the Optum RLDatix safety reporting application. This position will support users at medical groups nationwide through implementation and assist with application enhancement initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day user adoption support of the Optum RLDatix application to help drive system stability, business process of improvement and excellence in user interface experience
• Collaborate with team to provide timely and effective change management and sprint release communications to application stakeholders
• Learn the Optum RLDatix application, UHG internal and external applications, and be available for training
• Support team with documenting workflow processes, centralizing documentation and managing all relevant content information for usage of the application
• Add, edit, terminate, and audit end user access on a recurring basis
• Understand General System Parameters

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1+ years in system administration and analyst supporting a multi-user application
• 1+ years of experience with SharePoint, SmartSheets, and MS Office Suite including Visio, Excel

• Familiarity with clinical terms and data
• Solid analytical and technical skills
• Solid prioritization, attention to detail, effective multi-tasking, verbal/written communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work cohesively in a multi-disciplinary team environment, develop solid relationships
• Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and communicate effectively at all levels of an organization

The hourly range for this role is $19.86 to $38.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
