Werner Electric Supply is seeking a detail-oriented project order coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of customer projects from initiation to completion.

You will work closely with Account Managers, Product Management, Pricing, and Delivery teams to ensure accurate entry, timely updates, and proactive communication with customers. This role emphasizes reliability, adaptability, and a strong focus on customer experience.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-4 years related experience (vendor management, customer service, logistics, purchasing).
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with basic computer and math operations.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage assigned jobs in Job Management, Solar, vendor portals, and all applicable systems.
• Create and provide reports for assigned jobs to Account Managers and customers.
• Review and provide weekly shipping status reports to customers and Account Managers.
• Navigate frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events and adjust approach accordingly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and external rep teams to meet customer needs.
• Prepare and submit pre-order entry documents to initiate projects.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Pricing, Quotation, Delivery and Warehousing teams to maintain customer relationships.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to ensure best practices for customer experience.
